How can I connect pinterest to my wordpress posts?

  • Hi there.
    I wanted to connect pinterest to my wordpress blog post. But I wanted in a different manner then the normal way. Click here. As you can see every different posts have pinterest connected to it in the features image of the posts. This is how exactly I want my posts to look like.
    How can I manage to do this. any help plzzz would be appreciated.
