Blog comment not received in email

  • Dear support,

    Don’t know why our blog comments are not being sent to admin emails. I check those settings in settings > discussions. They are not good. Do you know why?

    Theme version is 1.7.0.

    I can provide you with admin log in if you need.

  • Hi,

    This option has nothing to do with theme or plugin, it’s a default WordPress feature.
    Do other WordPress emails working for you? Make sure that your web server has enabled email server and make sure you have checked the two checkboxes from Dashboard => Settings => Discussions: “E-mail me whenever”
