something like coppermine?

I am using wordpress for the first time. I am using the Keres theme. On my old web site I used coppermine. The reason being is we had contributors who took photos at car shows and then uploaded the photos to the site on there own from home. On average they would upload 200 photos at a time. This isn’t something I can micro manage. I would like to use a album integrated with wordpress or at least looks the same as the theme. The functions I need are multi user capability on the front end with batch add and batch watermarking. Easy up load. The albums need to have a title of the show and be filed by year. So if you clicked 2013 you would see all of the 2013 shows/albums. Ive tried countless albums and coppermine is just plain ugly compared to the rest of the site. could some one please please point me me in the right direction. Thank you
