can’t edit my theme

    i can’t edit my theme!! in the bottom, it’s written
    “If this file were writable you could edit it.”
    There is no “update” button..
    please help me?!?!

    To edit files in the WP theme editor you must have your theme files CHMOD 666.
    /wp-content/themes/yourtheme/themefiles
    Be sure and CHMOD back to 644 for security.
