24 hours without a reply – I used to get replies super fast during the week when support threads weren’t hosted on WordPress. I’m on the paid version of s2member. Let me know asap about this – we’ve contacted Aweber and confirmed the issue is definitely on the s2member side.

You haven’t received a reply because you’re in the wrong place. Pro support is still on the s2member.com site.

This forum is for the free version only, and contributions are mainly from fellow users.

When logged in on my pro account, s2member sent me here for the support forums. They no longer host the support on the s2member site, like they used to. Thanks for that information though.

I dug around and found the link to the Webshark Inc support page. After I solve the issue, I’ll suggest that they make this much less ambiguous.

    Appreciate the heads up!

I know about the change of forums.

However, there is a link to Pro support on the s2member.com site. It’s at https://www.s2member.com/contact/

By the way you might want to check which email is sending to Aweber.

They have recently update their rules to not allow role-based email to parser data.

EG if you are using webmaster@ info@ admin@ the parser may not work.

Thank you so much for that @frosy!

I was experiencing the exact same issue as @irishpolyglot and fixed it by going to s2member general options > email configuration & change your “email from address” from a role-based email like I had (info@) to a name like (mark@). Then I went in and processed a new user and they were added to the list in Aweber.

s2member support told me that it could be my from address, and is a known fix, but I presumed they meant the from address in Aweber, NOT what I had in s2member settings, which was a noreply.

Just changed it – thanks for saying where you made the change specifically! This may get things working for me again ??

I was pulling my hair out on this one and thankfully for this thread, I was able to get the issue resolved.

Glad that this might work for your problem too @irishpolyglot =]
