Can't load or access dashboard

Hi,

I am self hosted and using Coller pro theme. In the last 24 hours I have had trouble accessing my dashboard from laptop, the page load seems to timeout. I can load the site with no issues, just not the dashboard. I have tried different browsers but the problem is the same. I can access dashboard through wp app on phone or tablet.

I appreciate that this may not be a wp issue but posting here in case it is.
