Template page with post of specific category

    I need to create a template page with the posts of specific category, i would that in this page appear the posts in the same style of page category.

    what is the code of this page template?

  • in your appearances > menu assign a category (instead of a page) as a menu item.

    Unfortunately, I did not understand.

    I create a page named “news”.

    Than I go in appearances > menu

    In menu I insert the page news, in this I add (as sub-menu) the category that I would show posts in this page.

    Then save, and when I go in the page not appear posts, the page is empty.

    Hi. Thats happens becouse the page “news” you have created is a simple empty page. You should create a post category named “news” and than got to appearances > menu and insert the category to the menu. All the post of the “news” category should appear there.

    Can you explain why? A category list is what you want to accomplish, unless you’ve not explained all you’re trying to do.

    because if I create a parent category for the categories that you want to appear on this page, they have links with the parent-cat/cat/.

    for reasons of indexing on google I want to create categories direct.
