Not able to find the themes folder in ftp but present in presentation of wp-admi

I am facing a strange problem.
I can see the themes listed in my presentation in admin panel but I can not see the same folders in wp-content folder. Please help.

I had several themes in my theme folder (in wp-content). I copied a “theme” and “plugin” folder to wp-content (both these folders had some files required for a new theme). Theme apparently replaced the entire theme folder with new one and thus I can see only one theme in that folder. (However all older plugins are seen in plugin folder along with the new one..so the entire folder was not over written )

Now if I see in my admin panel I can see all themes.
I use filezilla for ftp transfer. Please help;
