  • You should go into your theme’s folder and look for the function that does the enqueue of this particular javascript file, and then wrap the wp_enqueue_script function with this:

    if($_GET['page'] != 'wysija_campaigns'){
... your wp_enqueue_script function...
}

    It was a base64 encoding issue with = character.
