Multiple listing works, single listing does not

    Reset your Permalinks by going to Settings > Permalinks and click Save.

    Okay, I appreciate the response. I tried this and nothing is different. The setting is “Post Name”. Should it be set to something else? When I tried to set it on “Custom Structure”, it still saves as “Post Name”.

    It can be set to anything. If you tried a custom structure and it saves as post name, you may have something interfering with the permalinks. Try disabling all other plugins and resetting the permalinks again.
