when i post new subject i don’t see it,help plz

    hello
    i’m using wordpress 2.1,i think it may be have problem in cookies or cache,or something like this,i added xml site map,and technorati add to favorite,also i write new blog or subject,i refresh my site and delete offline files much times,but i don’t see the new changes
