Error in store export screen

    Hi – can you help

    Jigoshop Version 0.9.9

    latest version of your Store exporter plugin

    I see this error in my store export screen

    WordPress database error: [Unknown column ‘attribute_label’ in ‘field list’]
    SELECT attribute_name as name, attribute_label as label, attribute_type as type FROM wp_jigoshop_attribute_taxonomies

    When I export products, filtered by cat, I see the error in the spreadsheet too

    Hi aliferis, can you confirm what version of Jigoshop you are using as that column should exist within the wp_jigoshop_attribute_taxonomies table in Jigoshop 1.11.3

    Are you sure its 0.9.9?!?!

    That version is 3 years out of date.
    You need to backup your database and update.

    As above, get in contact with a WordPress developer for assistance in updating your Jigoshop store ??

    I am a WP developer but cannot update Jigoshop as variable products are broken in that fraught process.

    I have cloned the site to a dev server and updated to latest version then fixed everything and now want to export products from old site and import into new site
