Can I enque a script only on one site?

I want to enque a script in functions.php that only loads on one of my two sites. Both sites use the same child theme and I would like all of my network-wide styles to be in style.css but I want my blog_style.css to load only if the site is blog.domain.com

I currently have the script enqued (this isn’t a query about enquing scripts), but it is network wide.

If it was a single site I could put is_page but I don’t want to have to right an is_page for all the sites within my blog.
