Comments on page no longer works

While in 3.9.1 I added <?php comments_template(‘/templates/comments.php’); ?> to my page.php and the comments for the page I wanted was working fine until the upgrade.

The template was also upgraded and I had to put the code back in, but the code does not work now. Any help? Thanks.
