Plugins disappeared

I have noticed that all of my plugins have disappeared from the Woedpress menu, although the folders are still there. I do use the mailpoet plugin asd well as a number of others (theme my login, cimy user manager, posts to page, restrict content and updraft)

I have tried to reinstall, but the first one I did failed as it already existed. The plugins all have settings, so I don’t want to simply delete them and start again?

I have checked using sucuri and it appears I have not been hacked?
