  • I am experiencing the same issue after updating within the last hour.

This has happened to me in the past, and as a result, I am hesitant to update every time there is a new version.

    Same issue.

Hey guys, Glad to fix issues quickly but need a bit more info. Example links, errors, descriptions of how to duplicate them. I have no issue fixing them but try to be more specific as it will ultimately result in a faster response to your issue.

Just pointing out 3 replies and no usable info.

Help us out to make this plugin better is all.

I’m using Easy Modal at https://www.TheLSA.org/writing

If you click on a hyperlink on that page, none of the modals appear. Prior to updating to the latest version, the modals would appear.

My modals are not opening either, after update. https://genscripts.com.s141524.gridserver.com/budget-savers/
That is the dev page that the modals are on currently, the postit notes should open a table of prices when clicked on. If you need more information please contact me angie at pixeldustllc dot com.

Please all check v2.0.11 and let me know if you have any further issues.

    Hi everyone,
Looks like the update has fixed the problem…Will test all the modals now.
    Thanks for the update

After today’s update, the modals are appearing now. However, all of my original modals were lost. Fortunately, I had a backup of my modal content, but I have to incur a moderate time cost to manually restore my modals.

Observation: The modals are no longer automatically centered for me. Under Display Options, I can set “the distance from the right edge of the screen”, but the centering will be inconsistent for modals. Is there a setting I’m overlooking to center all modals?

    Hey Kevin,

We do appologize for the issues. We have attempted to prevent any issues like this but several obscure bugs that didnt turn up in testing got us and a handful of our user base.

Sounds like you have your modals set to position top right, try top center which will only show an adjusment slider for the top position.

If you see a slider for right then your modal will be positioned by the right not centered.

    Thanks for the confirmation fireleaf.

    Hi Daniel,
I’ve updated to 2.0.11 and my modals are still not opening on click. I am at https://www.workingexcellence.com and the modals in question are under “about us”.

They didn’t load under 2.0.10 either.. not sure if this is necessary information but just so you know.

Hope we can resolve this quickly.. Thank you!

Hey eca255, Thanks for the report, im prepping a release now but will look into your issue shortly after and may patch again later tonight.

    Working just fine now, thanks!

    Hi again,
I updated to .12 and modals are still not opening.
Additionally, I’m receiving this error on the plugin page:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in …/admin.php on line 50

Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you!

The admin error has been patched in the upcoming release.

Your modals arnt loading because there is a JS issue caused by corrupted settings in your theme. If you have updated we have patched that but you will need to edit the theme and at minimum click save.
