How to make colour of lines below options Primary Menu match category colours

    I use Primary Menu to show categories.

    I set a different colour for each category.

    How can I make the colour of the line below each option of the Primary Menu match the colour I set for each category as in the screenshot of the theme description?

    I hope there is a checkbox option somewhere to do it, since I do not know about CCS or PHP.

    I did this, the color of the post titles in the home page appear as I set, but the lines below the Primary Menu options remain all the same original blue.
