How to add text under each option of Top Menu

How can I add a short description below each option of the Top Menu as in the screenshot of the theme description?

For example:

1) Home has text “main page” text below.
2) Community has “members activity” text below.
3) Shop has “online store” text below.
etc.

I hope there is a checkbox option somewhere to do it, since I do not know about CCS or PHP.
