Duplicate Page Title/Meta Descriptions [Image Upload Problem]

  • I’m stumped.
    When I upload an image it somehow turns into an actual page with a header, sidebar, footer etc. [No content added] causing duplicate content issues.
    Below are examples. Each item was uploaded to my media file as an image that resulted in a page being created.
