Capture upload form?

Hi I am having an issue implemting a capture form. Heres is what I got.

$generator .= '<br><br><center><input type="file"  accept="image/*" capture id="memeone_imgfile">';
     $generator .= '<input type="button" id="memeone_loadimgfile" value="Capture" onclick="memeone_load_image();" />

I added this code under the upload form code.

The upload form works fine but the capture form says this after the picture is taken.

please select a file first.

I love the plugin it works great!
