include file not reconized on install WP 2.1

Hi all,

During the installation of WP 2.1 I get the followinf message :
Warning: main() [function.main]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(../wp-includes/functions.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (./) in /home/users2/a/amrenting/www/blog/wp-admin/install.php on line 4

Warning: main(../wp-includes/functions.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: Operation not permitted in /home/users2/a/amrenting/www/blog/wp-admin/install.php on line 4

Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘../wp-includes/functions.php’ (include_path=’.:/home/temporaire/upload’) in /home/users2/a/amrenting/www/blog/wp-admin/install.php on line 4

FYI,
1°It is not the first time I install WP, I have other site where it is running.
2° Directories permissions have been checked.
3° All files are present on server
4° PHP is up and runing
5° MySQL DB is empty and correctly configured in wp-config.php file
