Quiz Result Details

  • Hi!
    First of all, thank you for this wonderful quiz! I’ve installed it on WP 3.6. (I know the quiz requires at least 3.7.1.) and everything works perfectly apart from the Quiz Reult Details page. It’s completely blank. And after one finishes the quiz and presses ‘submit quiz’ there are no results shown, it only says ‘enter your text here’. Is there any way for this to be fixed in 3.6? I would be ready to pay for the premium support if the quiz had the option for the end user to see his/her results after having taken the quiz.

    Thank you for choosing to use this plugin! The plugin should still work for WordPress 3.6. You should still be able to access the “Quiz Results Page” tab on the Quiz Settings page. On that tab you will be able to alter the text from the results page. Let me know if you are having trouble accessing that tab.

    On a side note, you may want to consider upgrading your WordPress as there have been several security updates since 3.6 as well as many useful features.

    Thank you for your fast reply.

    It does work and I can change/set “Quit Results Page” on the individual Quiz Settings page. The “Quiz results Details” in the Quiz Dashboard is blank, but I obviously don’t need that one.
    Can I change the style of ‘answer provided’ and ‘correct answer’ to be more prominet i.e. bold or red colour and can I somehow erase ‘comments entered’ since I don’t want to have this option?

    If you are thinking of upgrading this version a ‘tick’ and a ‘cross’ are very nice, in my opinion, for correct and false answers ??

    Greetings Again Tanja:

    You can edit all of that text and styles. If you navigate to the Quiz Text tab, scroll down to the “%QUESTIONS_ANSWERS% Text” text box. This is the text used to show the questions and answers on the results page. You can erase the comments text here.

    Also, if you are comfortable with CSS, you can wrap the answer and correct in spans with styles to get the color. If you need more information or assistance with this part, feel free to ask!
