This happens when the javascript can’t create a token. There might be a plugin or theme that broke it. If you could let me know what plugin/theme you’re using that isn’t cooperating I can try and make sure it doesn’t happen in the future.

Hi, do you have a link to the site where all of this is hosted? And did you try using twentyfourteen instead of the wplms theme to see if that would make it work?

I think this might fix the problem since other people were reporting the same error and I sent them this zip as well.

Should be fixed now, this problem was a big one in 1.23 and I got rid of it in a few places, and I am assuming it should work for you now.

I think the newest version (on github, same link provided above) should work. The multi step checkout was breaking the built in javascript.

I can’t figure out exactly what the problem is without seeing the checkout process on your site. I was pretty sure that least fix would be the problem, but I guess not. It probably is the theme, but I’m sure I can modify the plugin to make it more resilient to theme weirdness.

I got the email and figured out the problem, I posted in the theme support thread with the problem and hopefully they can fix it for you. I can send a temporary fix over for this plugin but it’s kind of hacky and I’d rather not integrate it into the official version of the plugin.
