Page appearing in menu that I did not create

I have an additional page showing up on my menu that I did not create named navigation. It doesn’t show up on any of the pages in the background nor does it appear in the sub menu. I am really at a loss since it duplicates the home page and I can’t delete it since it doesn’t seem to exist anywhere but the menu on the front display.

I would appreciate any help.
