Plug in not Installing

    Hello, we tried to install the configuator on an ElegantThemes Divi install. When we hit generate child them, the screen goes white. Hitting the back button we see the error: Broken Themes

    The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.
    Name Description
    divichild Stylesheet is missing.

    Can you help? Thanks.

    Please provide more information about your hosting setup:

    Hosting company?
    Windows or Linux?
    Domain name?
    Version of WordPress?
    Screenshot of the settings you entered before clicking “Generate Child Theme”

    This will help point to a solution.

    Blank screen indicates a PHP fatal error. In your wp-config.php file, navigate to the line that reads,

    define('WP_DEBUG', false);

    Change the value to TRUE:

    define('WP_DEBUG', TRUE);

    This will reveal the actual error that is occurring and may help determine why CTC is failing.
