Defer parsing of javascript

Does this plugin defer parsing of javascript other than loading images? I installed BJ Lazy Load and it appears to lazy load the images just fine. However my site is still taking almost 7 seconds to load, and after installing WP Total Cache and running it through GT Metrix (getting an A on PageSpeed and D on YSlow, its still showing that the #1 cause of load time is not deferring parsing of javascript. I’m thinking the .js its not parsing is my analytics and adsense code.
Another blog post mentioned that this plugin should be deferring parsing of all javascript. Can you speak to this specifically? Any tips on locating the exact issue would be appreciated. Thanks!
