Bootstrap conflict

There is already a similar issue in the original rainbow.js repository on GitHub: https://github.com/ccampbell/rainbow/issues/101

Indeed I have my own fork of rainbow.js, but soon as as I find an actively maintained fork I will switch to that one. A long term solution would be to prefix the rainbow-classes, but this should be done in the original repository, as mine is likely to be abandoned some day.
