Help with podcasting from my WordPress site

Hi folks
I have just started creating my site using WordPress and am after some assistance.

I want to host separate pages with a blog and also a couple of different podcasts I’m going to start creating.

I’m using the TwentyFourteen theme and presently looking at using the PowerPress podcasting plugin.

I have a menu bar that has pages set up for each of these pages, ie, Blog, Podcasts, and other site pages.

So my questions are:

How do I display just my podcast content, with the corresponding headings in the Podcasts page to make it consistent with the rest of the theme?

How do I put RSS feed subscribe buttons on the Podcast page for people to subscribe to my podcasts?
