I’m not a developer…Just a semi-smart Executive Director of a non-profit trying to figure these things out on my own, so go easy on me!

    Just upgraded to WordPress 3.9.2
Just updated The Events Calendar and The Events Calendar PRO to 3.7.
(I’m part of your non-profit program, so no license)

My Month View looks like this: https://campfireco.org/events/month/

The wrong events are showing up all over the place, but when you hover over the event the correct event pops up, but when you click, it takes you to the wrong event.

List View, Week View, everything else is fine.

I deactivated all plugins and it would appear that Woocommerce 2.1.12 is the problem. How can I fix? Thanks in advance for your help. We really appreciate your non-profit program! It is very generous of Modern Tribe and we are grateful.

    Hi CampFireBend,

Thanks for getting in touch. That’s a really strange and pesky problem on your site! I’m surprised to hear that WooCommerce could be the issue- quite a few of our users run WooCommerce and I haven’t seen an issue like this. I wasn’t able to recreate it on my test site either. The behavior looks like it could be a theme conflict- have you tried switching to a default theme like Twenty Thirteen? That would make a little more sense to me.

If you do find that it’s a theme conflict, you’ll want to get in touch with the theme’s developer. If you confirm that it is indeed with WooCommerce, you might try getting in touch with their support. Are you running any WooCommerce extensions that are contributing? Or did the issue only resolve itself when you deactivated WooCommerce itself? If there is a conflict with WooCommerce, we’ll definitely want to look into it.

    Best,
    Leah

I am experiencing the same problem as CampFireBend, anyone have any insite on this?

    Hi CPDesign,

We’d be happy to look into this further, but can you give us some details on your site setup? Have you tried looking for a conflict? I’d be great if you could provide the same information as CampFireBend and answer the questions I asked them as well. That will help us troubleshoot further.

    Best,
    Leah

    Hi leahkoerper,

My issue has been outlined in more detail in this forum topic on Modern Tribe. I think this will be helpful if you have some time to help me trouble shoot this. I am really stuck here…
