User sessions?

Hey!
Awesome plug-in. Just left you a 5-star review.
For my test user, Intercom seems stuck on user session 1. I log in and out of WordPress, but Intercom still says this test user is in session 1.
Is this normal? If not, do you see any way to correct this?
