Plugin for thumbnail gallery/slider?

I need a plugin that will show a thumbnail gallery or slider (either is OK), so that when a visitor mouses over, or clicks on, a thumbnail, either the full pic appears, or they are directed to the full pic. Can anyone please recommend such a plugin? Thank you.
