    Are you using the latest version of WP? Is your server running with at least PHP version 5.3?

    Yes I have:
    WordPress 3.9.2
    PHP Version 5.4.4-14+deb7u12

    Im starting to think its our hosting though. You can close this, and ill re-comment if find out otherwise.

    Thanks for letting us know. If you do find the problem, please feel free to repost. We are always interested in knowing how we can make our plugins more system compatible.

    I think there might be something going on here. On a Multisite when I go to set a default post thumbnail the interface gets messed up, it displays the old WP interface for featured images instead of the new one, and the lightbox goes blank after uploading and trying to set the featured image.

    Obviously you are referring to the Pro Addon. Please post your issue on the JEM website forum. This forum is only for the FREE version found in the WP Plugin Directory.

    Also, please make sure you have updated to the latest versions of both.
