I cant upload a new logo in Customizr

    I have removed my logo in the Appearance>>Customize>>logo&favicons an then attempted to upload a new logo. Nothing is happening. I have even tried to upload the logo file which is a jpg file to the media file and I get the following error message. error saving media attachment.

    The file exists on the server in wp-contents/upload

    was working up until i installed latest version of wordpress

    Any suggestions

  • Hi Blackiesboy,

    Could you try a few things:

    1. Clear cache.

    2. Delete the existing file from uploads directory (better to delete all instances of logo), and upload a fresh logo.

    3. Last, may be some plugin is affecting i.e. very rare.

    This is now working. Weird!
