'Subscribe to My Blog' is a dead end

  • Hello! I’ve recently ported over my WP.com site to WP.org and I’m having trouble with the “Subscribe” feature on my blog. What do I need to do so readers can subscribe to my blog? I have replaced the default text that refers to a button on the right that doesn’t exist, and I can’t find a widget or plug-in or directions for how to get this properly set up. Please, could you offer some guidance for my site?

    What you need to do is install the jetpack.me plugin
    This plugin has some (not all) of the features from wp.com and thus allows you to port these over. You’ll need to connect to your wp.com to activate it, but that shouldn’t be a problem for you, since you have one already.
