Installing paid for plug in X Forms Express

    Hi
    You may have guessed I’m new to all of this. I am building a website and wish to make a form. I have looked at X Forms Express the free version but decided the paid for version had what I wanted. I paid for it and downloaded it. The files are in my “Downloads” file. Unlike programs I have downloaded it did not install automatically. Does anybody know how I get to use it within WordPress?
