• I have been using Dropbox for several years on all my clients. and they all work great. so not sure about why this client is not.

    The two choices both produce the error in the screenshot (pink error box). ‘Create Acct.’ opens her dropbox but no place to authenticate dropbox. how do I reset this so it says ‘authenticate Dropbox’? see screenshot here: https://snag.gy/lmqCI.jpg

    I’ve clicked ‘reset settings to all default’ but it does not help.
