Pre-Styled Posts

Hi there,
I want to be able to style the post submission as follows:
< h2 > [fieldcontent] </ h2 >
And adding a URL like so: https://www.facebook.com/ [insertfieldcontent]
Essentially, I would like to have a custom layout for the post and then just have the plugin fill in the blanks where I need to create a styled post.
