Need "Simple" template from blooger to migrate to WP

  • So I’m going to be moving a blogger blog to a wordpress domain.

    I use the “Simple” theme template from blogger. I love it. I want it to look exactly the same in WordPress. How can this be accomplished?

    I can’t find a “Simple Blogger” template for WordPress ANYWHERE. Are you kidding me? I love that thing. Now I gotta migrate it to WP and I gotta pick some crappy WP theme that will RUIN my blog????

    I think saying that choosing a new theme will ruin your blog is a bit dramatic. You could use the tag filter to help select a new theme that’s similar to Simple, or if you are familiar with HTML/PHP/CSS, you could create a WordPress theme that’s similar to Simple. Your final option would be to pay someone to create a theme that’s similar to Simple: https://jobs.wordpress.net or https://directory.codepoet.com.

    Thanks, looks like tag filter showed some DECENT alternatives… but most still look bad compared to bloogers Simply Template.

    there’s something about WP themes i don’t like. They’re very busy, strain
    the eyes, lots of small little ‘blocks’ of crap everywhere, not fluid. well, just not SIMPLE. hence, simple template. People want simple.
