I’m having the exact same problem. Would love some help on this. I have a feeling it has something to do with the Yoast SEO but I’ve tried different things with it and still have the same issue.

BTW, I tried disabling the Minify plugin and it worked for me. Apparently Facebook is having issues with it. I tried deactivating all of my plugins before and it didn’t work but for whatever reason now that I only disabled minify, it seems to work.

Ok, so this is more of a hack than fixing the problem but I’ve found that by repeatedly pasting the url into FB and that it eventually shows.
i.e.

I’m not sure why but it has worked for me. Still not sure of what the problem would be.

Has anyone resolved this problem? I am having the same issue. I can share a link to Facebook but the image doesn’t appear. Can’t figure out how to fix this issue

Sorry. I’m not using any plugins for sharing. just the standard WP sharing feature. When I go to a post and try to edit details for publicising, it doesn’t allow me to check Facebook. It was working in the beginning but not anymore.

I’ve looked all over for some kind of resolution but nothing seems to really fit. I have www. set in my settings for my URL etc but still get this error when checking the FB debug

Looks like you do have JetPack on your site – are you not using Publicize (that’s part of JetPack plugin)?

I am using that. I thought that was a standard WP feature. Should I be checking with that plugin support then? That’s what I’m using

According to a note at the top of that forum, JetPack support is gone until Jan. 5 – so you won’t hear from then until after that date.
