site not displaying correctly and now can't login

    Ok up until this morning, now I cannot login. It takes me to my login page but after uname and password, it just remains on that same login page and doesn’t actually log me in.

    Tried to deactivate plugins and also current theme but no success so far. Anything obvious you guys can spot?

  • I think that you may need to re-install WordPress. I don’t think that it’s installed properly. There might be files missing…

    Will this affect my content Christine? Is there an easy way to do this? Usually the guy who does my hosting sorts but he is away at the moment.

    When I visit your site, I can see that your site is not quite right. I’ve seen this before and this is why I think you may need to re-install.

    If your web guy is not available you have a few choices:

    1. Leave things as is until he can have a look

    2. Contact your hosting provider and they might be able to help.

    3. Login to your FTP account, download fresh copies of www.remarpro.com and re-upload your wp-admin, wp-includes and root files.

    DO NOT touch wp-config.php and nothing in wp-content.
