BUG: Can not install – breaks admin area of site

    I am trying to install the free version to try it out and every time I install it the admin area breaks. I have to delete the files our of the content folder to fix.

    It completes install as it should and then once I try to click “Installed Plugins” or any other page in the admin area I get a white screen. Delete the event plugin from the folder and white screen gone.

    Ouch! That is exactly what we don’t want to hear.

    I have not seen anything quite like this before, alainafrederick. At least, not in any recent version of the plugin. Are you using version 3.7? Perhaps the download was corrupted. Have you tried redownloading the plugin? Maybe just try installing it from the “Add New” plugins section in WordPress as opposed to doing a manual install.

    You might have given up on the plugin. If so I would not blame you. But if you are still trying to install it, please give the above a go. Hopefully that will get it working for you. If not, please let us know the answers to the above questions and the results of those tests. Cheers!
