block users to create multiple registrations???

  • The plugin doesn’t do anything that you ask about. It prevents registrations from known spammers so your questions only apply to spammers who get by the original protection. It stops 95% of the spammers who want to do the things you ask about, before they can do it.

    I don’t support the plugin, anymore.
