@dieter54 – Deactivate all of your plugins, temporarily switch to a default WordPress twenty series theme (like Twenty Fourteen). Clear all of your caches and then reactivate NextGEN Gallery.

If all is well then there is likely a conflict with another plugin or your theme, reactivate each plugin one at a time and re-check until you find the problem happens again.

Hi. I can not get the NextGen Plug to work on my sites. I have disabled every plug-in except for the NextGen Plug-in and used the default plug-in. So not sure what are the next steps. This is all very frustrating the gallery created are good and with the eCommerce it makes for a nice site.
