Integration with Google Analytics

    I am using PP2.3 and am trying to add the code provided by google analytics into my blog but I cannot get it to work with this theme. Google recommends putting right after the <body> tag but when I do that, depending on the order, I either get the google code displayed or I get information about the class.

    I have also tried putting the code in the footer.php but that doesn’t seem to work either. I don’t get the layout issues but Google says that it isn’t tracking my site. Has anyone got this to work? Please could they explain how they did it?
