Bing Translate Not Working

I am running into an issue where the Bing Translate isn’t working. I have verified my API key with Bing.com and the Bing.com service is saying that I haven’t used any of my requested service calls. Our site is https://www.truthabouttrade.org. Is there a way that I can look at the debug information for the translation calls?
