With the standard shortcode, it shows the name of the RSS feed as the “source.” I’d like to remove this.

Looking at your documentation, it says:
    wp-rss-aggregator source=’55,56′]
…but that doesn’t look like it would exclude the source from being listed in the output, but would rather exclude specific sources.

To doubly clarify, I’m not trying to get rid of a source, I’m trying to prevent the output from listing the name of the source. (Since I’m only using one feed this is extraneous, redundant info)

Thanks for your assistance! I do have a license number for this product. =)

    Hi daretoeatapeach,

We actually already have an exclude parameter for the shortcode.
It is listed under the source parameters on the shortcodes page.

    [wp-rss-aggregator exclude="26,14"]

You can also use the WP RSS Aggregator button on the editor. It has an RSS icon.

I saw that, but thought it was for excluding actual content from the feed, rather than the way that content is displayed. I guess I don’t understand the syntax. What do the numbers mean? I thought that the numbers meant to exclude specific items from the feed, like in the example above it would exclude the 26th and 14th post.

If I wanted to exclude the label of source, would it be:

    [wp-rss-aggregator exclude=”source”]

The numbers refer to the IDs of the feed sources. You can see these IDs in the list of feed sources.

Right, so wouldn’t that exclude the source itself, and not simply the word “source”?
