For Jetpack to work, we need to be able to communicate with your site’s xmlrpc.php, which I’d expect to be located at https://joshuatreechamber.org/xmlrpc.php (it could be other places, reported in the head of your homepage that’s being redirected currently).

When trying to access that page, I’m getting a no data error, suggesting that the hosting provider may have it blocked.

Could you contact your hosting company asking them if they’re accepting XMLRPC communication from Jetpack/WordPress.com?
