Custom Download Count Text On Every Download – Feature Request

Hi !
This feature request follows the one I already submit you (Custom Download Text On Every Download – Feature Request) which is now part of plugin (thank you again for that !!)
It would be awesome to have a custom download text for download counter text, in HTML format (to handle localization plugin) ??
Because it has to manage singular and plural, I don’t know if the shortcode form is ideal. Maybe an option in the item admin ?
