Shopping cart and checkout dont work

Yes. But they stopped helping me. I just deactivated and reactivated it but now the items just go straight to checkout.

I might be having the same problem. One item in Cart. Checkout is showing the same dark (active?) background as Home and leads to Home when clicked.

Shopping Cart shows a page id on hover but on clicking, it only returns a blank page with no source code at all.

Also gives a no source page when clicking the Shopping Cart (toeCartWidgetShell) at the top of the page where it shows “1 item”.

My Account/My Orders = “No order found” /My Profile is blank as I’ve not had a chance or way to register.

Problem in Divas1954 case was that there were no session on her server. Please check it on your side with your hosting provider – is ph psession is enabled and work properly on your site.

I fixed my problem with the help of tech support. What I did was go under my Dashboard and deleted or deactivated any plugin not relevant to my site and it solved the problem instantly. Hope this works for you. Please let me know.

I am in the queue waiting to check with hosting company. It is not a plugin issue as this is just a testing install and only has akismet (which I uninstalled with no change to problem).

Why is Checkout leading to Home and also showing as if it’s the current page?

There are 404 page. Is your products published already or just saved?

Yes, now I see it. Just created test order, for “ready_test”, you can check it from admin area. Problem, that you can have, can be because you have enabled option “Skip confirmation step on checkout” in Ready! Options -> General tab. Make sure that you don’t have payment methods, that require Confirmation step, as exactly on this step for some payments we have inputs for credit card data for payment gate processing.

I tried checked and unchecked “Skip confirmation step on checkout” and neither option seems to have any effect now. This is after I went back to default (as you recommended on the other thread).

So that leads me to think the additional widgets plus the CSS customization may have interfered with the checkout process; could that happen?
