Terms & conditions on separate page

Hi

I am going to be using S2Member Pro to let people have membership to my website and I need to get them to review and accept terms and conditions before they are allowed to pay.

I currently have set up a pro-form with a check-box and link to t&c’s but due to the nature of what I’m selling I could be liable for huge amounts if I dont get it all legally iron-clad and after some legal advice, have been advised that the check-box is not enough, I need terms and conditions displayed and accepted on a separate page before the checkout process itself.

Is there anyway to have a page appear before the s2m pro-form which requires them to read and accept terms and conditions, and then directs to checkout and checks and hides the accept T&C’s option so I still get a record that says they accepted them in the user profile?
